SCP Solutions is a customer-oriented company, in so, we do our best to make our process as clear and transparent to the customer. At SCP Solutions we use the full software development lifecycle from Initial consultation through implementation we will be there to help. We believe that one of the keys points in software development is to deliver value to the customer as quickly as possible, that is why we use a modified version of the Agile Software Development Process. How do we Start
| Step | Deliverable/Action |
|---|---|
Initial Consultation |
The Initial consultation is free, during this consultation we answer all your questions and concerns. After this portion of the meeting we start to ascertain what exactly you are looking for and the scope of the project. We will also discuss whether what you are looking for can be done as a Fixed fee Project or will it have to be Time and Labor. The Deliverable of this meeting will be to answer all the Customer questions and ascertain enough information to develop the proposal |
Second Meeting (If Needed) |
Sometimes, as we start to develop the proposal questions arise a second meeting might be needed to gather the needed information to develop a solid proposal. It is important that the proposal be throuogh and comprehensive so, the project can be successful. |
Proposal |
The Proposal will be delivered to the Customer via Email and Snail Mail for Signatures. No work will be started until a Signed copy of the Proposal is received. This Proposal will include all work to be performed, All Deliverables and Timeframe's, and what the total cost will be minus any requirement changes. In the proposal will also be a section that will outline the cost of any work over and above the initial proposal. |
Work Start |
Once we have a signed proposal work will start and deliverables will be delivered to the customer based on the schedule in the proposal. Communications with he customer will be conducted with the customer throughout this process and as is needed. We believe the Customer should be engaged throughout the process or as the customer sees fit. This not only helps us deliver exactly the correct solution, it is important to us to make sure the customer is getting as much value from our relationship as possible and that we are delivering to the customer the highest value. |
Deliverable and Testing |
As outlined in the Proposal's deliverable and iteration schedule we will throughout the project deliver all deliverables via email or secure FTP as outlined in the proposal. We will deliver these delivers constantly and in any method that the Customer has deemed suitable. |
User Acceptance |
A Testing Plan will be outlined in the Proposal if needed and the Customer will determine whether or not it is required. |
Final Meeting |
The final meeting with the Customer is to determine if there are any items that the Customer feels are not complete and if there are any issues that need to be resolved. |
